1.I would like to be leader of this organization because I see myself creating an org that helps each other complete basic gang activities that encourage fun while keeping within the rules of the server to ensure that this term will be successful
2. I would like to be leader of this organization because I see myself creating an org that makes it possible for people to enjoy RolePlay amongst themselves and other organizations.
3. I would like to be leader of this organization because I see myself creating an org that frequently shows up to all events and hosts global events to encourage fun between all orgs, as well as be active and achieve victory in turfs to prove that we are superior to our competitors (other gangs).
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving RolePlay within this organization is that leaders need to interact more with their gang members regardless of rank and frequently show up to events and lead them so that it shows not only high command but all members of the gang that they have a leader that is dedicated to assisting and leading all members of the organization no matter what. This advice stems from my extensive experience in leadership as well as deputy positions across all the English servers.

My goals for this term
- Achieve full attendance to gang events
- Host regular global events
- Maintain a level of mutual respect for players and administrators regardless of prior drama
- Get 100% turf
- Maintain a policy of strict discipline when it comes to members of this org breaking server rules
- Keep an active number of members in the city at all times (bare minimum of 15)
- Frequently do Hostage situations or other non-required gang events that increase the level of fun members will have.
