Isabell Wolf was born in a small Finnish town.
She lived a typical childhood until she was eight years old, when her family decided to travel to Africa. The plane they were aboard crashed, and Isabell was the only one who survived. She was discovered by African mercenaries, who took her in and treated her wounds while also feeding her. She was terrified and shy, and because of the language barrier, she didn't speak to them at all. She'd stand there and watch the mercenaries fight, train, and murder people.

Fast forward two years, and she's living in the African jungle.
She began to learn the people's language and adapted to the heat and living conditions. A mercenary handed her a gun and asked if she wanted to give it a go. Isabell was curious as to why they were using such weapons, so she gave it a chance... but the recoil slammed her in the face.. but it gave her chills. The mercenaries then began training the girl, teaching her how to handle weapons, hand-to-hand combat, and how to make good use of the environment. She tried all of the weapons available, but the Revolver and Assault Rifle sparked her curiosity the most.

Fast forward ten years...
She has mastered the use of the Revolver and Assault Rifle in hand-to-hand combat.
She has completed hundreds of mercenary operations, including raiders kidnapping victims and rescuing them, defending a high-ranking official, and assassinations.
One day, a she was sent out to save an American from being slaughtered by raiders.
She didn't care about a person's past because the rewards of saving/killing them were all that mattered to her.
She wants the money to feed and treat herself, as well as purchase weapons from the Market.
She went to the site of the American soldier who had been kidnapped and killed the men guarding the spot, one by one or in groups, utilizing quick movements and mind games.
She received the prizes and rewards of the mission because she saved the American.
After a few days, the guy asked about the name of his savior, to which she replied, "Isabell Wolf," and she asked about the name of the man he saved, to which he replied, "Jack Wolf."
Jack Wolf was no average man, in fact, he was a Los Santos police officer who served as a Major in their recruitment program and was also a member of a SWAT unit. Jack Wolf asked if she wanted to join him in Los Santos as a member of the police force and assist the city's civilians. Isabell was initially apprehensive due of her relationship with the mercenary, who served as a father figure to her. The mercenaries, on the other hand, wanted the best for her and wanted her to live a life away from the African war.

Fast forward 2 years...
She has spent the last two years preparing to be able to speak, read, and learn about American society so that she is not hindered when he arrives. Isabell then traveled to Los Santos, America, with Jack Wolf, where she was trained by the Captain of the Recruitment Program so that when she gets at the police department, she understands what she's supposed to do. She was then recruited by SWAT when a member of the unit realized what she might become with the proper training.
She has now settled home in her own apartment which she saved up to buy..
Isbell was riding her bike through the ghetto on her way to the stadium when she came across a face that left her stunned.
In Los Santos, she ran into one of her African Jungle comrades.
She approached the man and struck up a conversation with him, they immediately recognized each other and talked for hours.
What caught her off guard was the fact that her pal was a member of a gang... the Ballas Gang.
She didn't like it, but she couldn't stop him because she had spent much of her life as a mercenary.
So now, when she's not patrolling, she spends most of her time in the ghetto with her companion
One day a random dude pulled out his gun and started shooting from distance while they were bicycling around the ghetto having a talk. They tried to find the man who shot at them, as well as where he was shooting from. (Be warned that Isabella Wolf isn't a goody-two-shoes, she's lived in the African jungle merely to survive and kill, and she'll go to any length for the money, but she has her limits.) After failing to locate them, they returned to the city and reported the incident to the authorities.
Outcomes -
- Isabell is able to eliminate threats 1v2 using his surroundings around him and mind-games because of his experience in the African Jungle and expert weapon skills.
- Isabell wears at all times sunglasses that sends only the last 5 minutes.
- Isabell is able to pick up guns and ammunition while having his weapon out as she is ambidextrous from his enemies, as she is very conservative of his use of weapons, when there is no active gunfight going on.
-Isabell uses the Market(Black Market) as her main shop of weapons as it's cheap because she values money a lot. As she will stock up or sell the weapons he picks up from her enemies to make money to buy better weapons or ammunitions.
-Isabell has weapons on her at all times for whatever that may happen to her and will use lethal force if she seemed threatened or if a lethal force is used against her.
- Isabell likes to hangout in the ghetto when not on duty.
- Isabell Wolf will assist doing family operations may it be legal or illegal.
- Isabell Wolf will not do anything unlawful in the presence of her co-workers
