Life Story:
Kane Fox is a 27-year-old police officer at SAHP who enjoys community work, fishing, and helping out those in need. Kane grew up in a poor family that worked the land. As years go by the already rich neighboring farms seemed to get bigger and bigger, while the poorer farms were bought out by big farms for abrupt prices. Kane's father had no choice but to rely on odd jobs, which often consisted of using the family farm as a base of operations for small-time criminals who secretly planted cannabis in between the crops. Kane's father had no choice but to accept this dirty money. It was that, or lose their family farm and the roof that had kept them warm for many, many years.
When Kane was 17, and 3 years after his father had started working with these small-time criminals, the police finally caught wind of what was happening at the farm. Kane's father pleaded with the judge that he had no choice, but the judge found him guilty on all charges. Kane didn't believe this happened and suspected there was more at play. Kane, being the clever and cunning person that he was, found out that both the judge and the state-appointed lawyer for his father were on the payroll of these small-time criminals. At this point, Kane had lost complete faith in the government, the judicial system, and those who were supposed to take care of them.
Kane decided to leave his old life behind and move to Los Santos to pursue a new life.
Career Story:
Kane Fox originally joined SAHP under Jonny Green as a Trooper. He quickly went through the ranks and eventually became a Deputy of Training, wanting to help others become a part of the force to fight crime and corruption. Not long afterward, Ryan Slater offered him a position as the Head of Training. This position came with increased pay and Kane Fox's love for money, money that he never had as a child, made him accept this proposal. After a switch of Chief, the newly appointed corrupt high command started an unlawful case against Kane. It reminded him of the corruption that Kane had endured throughout his life and he decided to resign from the LSPD. Kane transferred to SAHP as the Captain of Internal Affairs under Larry McGavin and eventually became Chief of IA. Kane currently works as the deputy of IA under its new but promising leader, Rocky Waters.
Due to Kane's opinion of being underpaid as an LEO officer, knowing the struggles of being poor and the continuous failure of the government's social safety net. Kane has decided to take matters into his own hands. Kane has chosen a path of corruption. A path that isn't going to only benefit himself, but a path that will help others like him.
Outcomes:
1- Due to Kane's need to help others and knowing how much the poor suffer Kane can demand suspects to donate money (up to 100k) to others in exchange for their release.
2- Due to Kane's opinion of being underpaid and his poor upbringing, and his need for security, Kane can take bribes (up to 100k)
3- Due to Kane's opinion of how the poor are often cornered into criminal activity, and the rich don't pay their fair share Kane can lower, raise (up to 100k) and/or remove fines and prison time as he feels fit.
4- Due to Kane's hate of the status quo, and how the system has failed him in the past Kane can detain (up to 25 min), torture, interrogate, and/or kill any state employee (incl. lawyers)
5- Due to the financially appealing aspect of criminal activity and how Kane could use this money for himself or to help the poor, Kane can participate in any criminal activity
6- Due to Kane's cleverness Kane can find and destroy (hidden) bodycams by using the /try command twice.
7- Due to Kane's need to go to extreme lengths to protect himself from being caught Kane can prevent himself or others from incrimination by killing them (with RP reason)
