Good evening, Mr. Mazhor r, I am contacting you about this because I got banned for a period of 60 days for general rule 4.1 because of the bullet tracer, which I don't have. I got an error in the game system, specifically I was confused about weapon skins, hit effect and mode for nice graphics. Please confirm my complaint because I really think that I am not guilty nor have I ever thought of downloading a hack or something similar. I am here on I've been on this server for a year and it's really nice and I'm here to have fun with my friends and relax. Please, if it's necessary for me to go for a computer check or some additional checks, please call me because I claim that I haven't done anything wrong. Thank you. for understanding.
