As you can see, I was walking someone into DOC to arrest them and this guy shoots and kills him. I am certain it was him but if you could check the logs for who actually killed, that'd be great <3

It is restricted to kill a person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situations (Mercy killing).

ID 66295 doesn't appear to be directly involved with the killing.
