Rejected I have a question

I have tried several times to purchase green RP coins by using my Visa debit card but it keeps getting rejected and yet a Visa debit card works exactly the same way as what other standard visa does can someone please tell me why my Visa card is not working when I put the correct information in and I know that there is over 1000 dollars in the bank that I use as I do not use PayPal or anything like that because the website that the PayPal is linked to when you go to use PayPal it will not go past the first stage of purchasing so please can someone help me as I would like to buy Grand coins
