The guy in the video gave me a 5-second warning, I got startled and self-defended. Owned him and decided to finish him off. There was no other RP situation that was to be done. I just finished him off and as far as I know, finishing off after the Rp situation is not MK. I'd like to be unjailed.

Both are guilty for shooting and MK in City in public are in middle of street on sidewalk
