Rejected Patching up and killing instantly | 209449 and 193479

Hello, sorry for title, I do not know the name of that action (res-killing)

In Store robbery dispatch, I was unconscious, and got patched up and killed instantly by 209449 and 193479. You can see that 209449 shoots me with Pistol to half hp, and then 193479 kills me (check the killer prompt after death).
