2; Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
So, this story starts along time ago when I joined RP life starting with GRAND RP EN2 . So first of all I tried to join legal but I didn't knew how to, cause I was completely new and know few things .
after some time of roaming around , doing beginners job, I met a friend and We both joined bloods and didn't even knew the rules of playing RP. After receiving couple punishments I rode all the rules of servers and then I joined MARABUNTA GRANDE and even I practice for not breaking rules. When I knew like I can try to get on High command post then I reached the Leader but the term was over so after that I joined families and had some discussion with the leader and he managed to give me HC post. Then I even lead Turfs, Clandestine shop, Hostage Situation and developed skill in negotiating with other Organizations. But when the leaders term was over I left Families and decided to start a new life on EN1 as a civilian. After that I shifted to EN1 and joined legal Organization but I didn't enjoy legal life and I wanna return as a gangster's life and I have now finally decided that I will try to lead my Favorite Criminal Organization ( THE FAMILIES ).
3. Your advice for improving Role play level in organization:
-So in my organization there will be a trial even after you join.
-There will be a warn system like if someone breaks a simple rule he will be warned and after he is warned 3 times he will immediately be kicked.
-There will be a Black list System in the organization like if someone breaks a rule that is dangerous for gang like warn to gang leader or organization he will be immediately be blacklisted from Organization until my Term is over.
-Everyone in my Organization will be given a fair chance.
-Deserving Players will be on High posts like if someone just joined The Server and his aim is too good and also knows the rules I will at least give him a try as Turfer.
-I will try some different strategies after negotiating with curators.
-Some High Commands will be assigned to assign Turfers.
-All the rules will be equal for everyone even if my brother breaks a rule He will also receive punishment
