I killed this guy and I finished him but there is no RP situation this guy already reported before and got rejected by Syndra Pluxury check according to GR 6.13 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing).

I clearly here that was RP was requested to be called ambulance by 3rd party guy etc...
for this time warn will be lifted in future in similar cases u will stay with it
