1: Leader of… Ballas
2: Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to make Ballas the greatest gang and make sure that all my fellow members are taken care of. Together we will have a goal of gang domination where will take over the gang scene by uniting as one.
I have been in legal orgs and gangs throughout my time in Grand RP. I want to elevate gangs to a new level of RP and making sure they are not breaking any rules but also making sure they are doing there role as a rough gang who is there to take over not just be an inactive gang.
I have previously worked in Gangs in Five-M, Now in Grand RP. I have been roleplaying since early 2021. There is so much potential in Ballas. I want to take the fight to other gangs and also the LEOs that are trying to invade. We will push back against the powers of LEOS and make sure they are scared to even come into the ghetto
I want to make Ballas a place where newer players would be able to come and know we will be there to help them learn and elevate there experience in Grand RO to keep bringing in new players so that not only Ballas keeps elevating but also Grand RP as a whole.
3: Your Advice for improving Roleplay Level in Organization.
I would create a program where all players who know the gang rules and the ghetto rules so that there will be less rule breaks that will not ruin the org but also keep the RP of the server intact. Because we need to keep RP going and less calling Gods. I would make sure to over see the program personally.
Events are huge when it comes to gangs. I would make sure we have as many people as possible to attend events. I make a sheet where I would have all peoples available time so that we would get a look at what times are our weaknesses so that we can improve our members and events.
I would make sure to choose my deputy’s wisely and that they are fully trained so that we will keep the RP and org intact. These deputy’s would also learn under my command so that we will keep creating future leaders throughout the org for the terms to come.
Ballas will become a force under my leadership and I would like to keep this going for future terms. I would like to train not only my deputy’s by all people in the org. I hope I can create the next leader after me weather they are just joining or they have been in gangs there whole RP life.
