So I was undercover FIB Agent and i saw this guy killing a civilian so I wait till he unconscious him and when he did it I cuffed him and Dragged him by my arms and then he called his friend using OOC information that is Metagaming and then his friends killed me and stopped me to arrest him and he mercy killed his friend.
