Hi,

I got a mute for spamming in the club chat which is fair enough, I fully accept the reason. My issue is that I got a 500 minute mute which is, in my opinion very excessive. I get it if it is 120 mins or even 180 but 500 is bit much for sending a few messages in a chat.

I am posting this because there was no option to talk about the severity of the mute and am hoping for some resolution. I was also not provided with a rule that I had broken to reference to the level of punishment.
