He went from Patrol officer to Major of Fto and After that he left LSPD and join NG and there also he gain experience Spitty felt like something was missing In His Life , couldn't seem to devastate change in the city.
Made 2 changes in His Life : 1.) if he wanted to clean Los Santos without crime , in journey his hands made dirty and 2.) Outcomes:
1.Spitty does not have to go to DOC when taking a bribe from 10-15 must confirm bribe before in prison, and also Can rob items off 10-15s (Only using the unofficial family menu).
2.Spitty can take criminals' guns when they die and sell illegal guns in Black Market (No org weapons or gear)
