Dear Mazhor Pluxury, After my previous complaint was rejected, I would like to add some important details and explanations. In the near past I have been Perma Banned from EN2 by Lebron. The story started when I was reported on the forums for overtaking a car with my DHL truck which was filled with Premium Fuel. For this I received a 60 days Ban for "Possible Cheat". I made an Appeal as I felt it was unjust since I was not using any sort of cheats. Approved - Possible Cheats | ID 66473 There was a PC check during which I was asked to reproduce the speed with the DHL truck but I could not do it at the time. At the same time many other players tried it and couldn't reproduce it either but after some server resets during the night someone else from the family could reproduce 230 km/h speed and it was even recorded, we were able to do it several times. Since then, my family and its leaders have tested the mechanics a lot, and they easily easily reproduced the 200+ km/h with the dhl van. The following regularities were noticed: If you spawn a dhl van and buy premium fuel in it without leaving the vehicle, you can easily reach this speed with the cruise control. As soon as you get out of the car, you lose this ability and revert to normal/slow mode.
By the way, interestingly, this is another moment when the leaders competed with each other. Here the right van clearly left him behind, even though they both have lvl3 vehicle control and both of the vans had got premium fuel loaded. So this so-called regularity that I just described does not work in all cases, but mostly.
When I couldn't reproduce the speed in the PC check, Lebron said I lied to the admin and Perma banned me, even though the check didn't find anything, so I feel it's unfair.
