Childhood: Spark was born in Washington D.C. Spark's Mom Was the USSS Director and Dad was a Government High Command. He was living a good life until some spy's tried to kill his parents in the line of duty. The full family was under a great threat since his parents were doing classified government job. When he was a teenager he got special training from his parents for self defense which led him to have great Gun and Combat skills. At the age of 15 Spark had to leave his house due to a threat.
Career Story : Getting inspired from his parents spark joined the National Guard and got trained to be a elite SOF Operative. Serving 2 terms in the National Guard, He joined SAHP as Colonel and after 16 days he got Transferred to The Central Police Department as the Assistant Chief Of Police. Now he is using his NG and USSS Training to help out his organization and his own family.
Outcomes :
1- Spark can take bribes up to 100k to help out his family with money.
2- Spark can buy and use illegal items (Drugs , Guns etc.. from Black Market).
3- Spark can pick up illegal guns from operations and sell them in Black Market.
