Hello dear Mazhor
I was recently banned for 7 (60) days, as you probably noticed. It's because of my "demorgan history"
How did this situation come about?
I spoke to Max Puschel the day before about a great roleplay story involving fake cops. He said it's fine and allowed as long as we do it out of town.
So we prepared ourselves with weapons from the FIB, vests, balaclavas and clothing from the STARS unit. We put about 500k in our BMW X5 to color it black and matte and to tint the windows of the vehicle. (So that everything comes across as very authentic) So we were 3 people "Aykut Anhan, Guzman Durango "Leader of an unoff. org" and me.
During the whole event we unconsciously did not follow the rules very well, Ghetto Rule 1.8 It is allowed to rob/kidnap people only in ghetto or outside the city | WARN
Why did we break that rule?
We broke this rule because of one thing. We went to a familiy house and asked them if they have any illegal items on them. Obviously they said no. So we told them you have the chance to drop it now, we confiscate it and destroy it or we have to search him through and if we find something we have to bring him to jail. So they all dropped their weapons and we took it.
Everything we did, we've done with no weapons in our hands and with no violence!
So towards the end of the event the administrator Dr. Androsch Fredl & Max Puschel confronted us. When they came, I knew immediately what was at stake and I already internally resigned myself to my sanction.
While later the administrator Dr. Androsch Fredl had a conversation with me, he wantet to have a conversation with the administrators who had a lot to do with me, me and himself. To clarify what the problem with me is and how we are going in the future. So Max Puschel sanctioned the other two with a WARN while I was talking to Androsch. So I talked the following day to Max Puschel and he had discussed the punishment with Fredl. So it should be a ban of 7 days due to my past of my admin punishments.
So for the time being, without writing a unban request, I've served the time and thought about my wrongdoing.
Why I would like to contact you!
I wanted to log after my 7 days ban in and continue our family roleplay but it says "Your account is suspended for 53 days due criminal record Admin Kalim Brown"
1st point Kalim had nothing to do with this situation
2nd point, the admin Max Puschel and Dr. Androsch Fredl had decided that I would be banned for 7 days, because I have alot of Administrativ punishments.
3rd point, I then logged in with my 2nd account the following day and searched a conversation with those administrators and I was told by Simon Vice that I was now banned for 60 days due to my criminal record, this was decided over their heads by Tom Cooper and executed by Kalim Brown.
I really learned from my mistakes and it breaks my heart to see my account go. I said if one day I lose my stuff and my account I will stop roleplaying. Because this server is unique. As you can see in the course of my demorgans, I've improved since I only went to jail once every ione to two weeks. (Before it was once a Day)
I want to keep promoting roleplay on the server and I'm always trying my best, even Simon Vice, with whom I had the conversation, told me it would be a shame if I left the server and stop playing RP.
I've been told by Simon Vice that if I can get 4 weeks no punishments via Administrators, he'll give me a chance to apply my family to be an unoff. family. This has been my dream since the beginning of the server and I would like to realize it with all my passion.
Such a mistake will not happen to me again in the future, because I have learned from my previous ban (Perma-Ban and all other demorgans) and will try never to do things like that unconscious. I've certainly invested 4k plus for the past 9,5 months. DE04 is Tayo Sonko's home <3
I would like to beg for a pardon or goodwill

P.s: At the moment of ban, I'm not even really sitting on my pc and playing any games because I'm not interested in any other games. Just if I would get one last chance then I'd start playing again otherwise I won't.
Edit: Tom Cooper and most of the Other Admins are doing a very good job, I can't say anything about it. But now I know how serious it is, and it feels really hard an sad for me as I'm knowing anything could come to an end soon. That would break my heart, so I want to give it one last Chance, so I'm really looking foward to hear a Positiv feedback from you!
