I am requesting to re-appeal my ban that was ruled as a 4.1 General Rule ban for 60 days as well as request a fair appeal since Lebron Pluxury gave me no chance show that I was telling the truth. I am aware this ban is not easy to decide and I understand this is a serious rule to break but I want to be able to prove in anyway that I did not break this rule. I was not given any chance to provide proof or my side of this ban. I am brand new to the server, I have already spent over $150, I got my girlfriend into the game and plan to bring more friends here. I love this server and the fact that there are strict rules in place like this one to stop people from ruining the game. But I believe I deserve some council to defend myself since I show no attributes of a hacker or software user. If I was using/ doing something that could result in me being banned I would not be spending real money on in game items, as well as invite friends to join me on the money grind of working jobs. I am aware I was afk when I was banned and I know it’s something that players can abuse which is not fair to the rest of the players. I am truly sorry for the simple but dumb mistake I made but I don’t believe I should have to wait 2 months to learn this lesson. If you need anything from me whether it be proof of my game files being legit or in any in game things that can prove my innocence. Please understand i have no intention of cheating the game or trying to do anything besides play the game how it’s meant to. Thank you for your time.
