After reviewing the footage, I am satisfied this is a rule break.
ID 58862 will receive a punishment for GZ 1.1
I cannot hear any mention of parents so I will not be issuing a punishment for that rule.
Furthermore, just because someone else breaks the rules doesn't mean you should also break the rules RDM in GZ is Strictly Forbidden under any circumstance.​
