I had belief in management but Today it got shaken Monday i applied for being FIB leader thaen today it got rejected for title i got a thing to say here you just say the title and rejected me i had wrote the whole inside application in correct format and with efforts but it was just easily neglected.. so i thought I can apply i apply 8 hr before now i thought it wil be getting reviewed but now it is as idel i know you have given dates for interview but a application can be checked if i have applied so much prior

Maybe i got that potential to be but i didn't got the chance if my title was wrong he could just have wrote the title is wrong but it is reviewed that'make sense if my mistake were marked but judging the whole application in terms of title i cannot support this .

I know later my new application will be cancelled and written leader is chosen good enough Maybe i won't have the will next time to write in forum after what i got in reply

This application is not for just compllaing about admin it about behaviour which other players can also be harmed

I have sufferd it i suggest just read the full application of somebody before rejection it because it takes you second but he wrote that application with hope and effort don't just see the cover of book to neglect it

Understand your Point but The admin has the Right To reject an Application that has any Incorrect Format/Title without Reading it, So just make sure in the Future Use the Correct Format and Title When Applying.
