I got a warning because of the topic I opened for a player who exhibits provoking behavior in the forum.
As you can see in the picture below, the reason is offtopic.
But the person I'm complaining is playing on the 3rd server for that reason i opened a topic in a Complaints about players forum.
I don't think this is offtopic, if it is offtopic, can you help me on where to open the issue?
