Bella is mentally ill diagnosed as a psychopath medically, so she has a hard time being afraid. She can require 4 guns trained on her to stop and comply or 6 officers of the law surrounding her. She is very dangerous which makes her much more difficult to stop, she can run from the police until there are 4 cars and 8 officers chasing her (she is a very good getaway driver). Bella can have outbursts of violence or planned ones, she can only kill in the city limits when she has OOCly had the person she is murdering agree to it. (this would be very rare that she would kill within city limits and only under those circumstances). She can be a little rude at times when provoked and "go off" on officers of the law (insults them).
