Life story:
Kirk was born on March 11th 1987 in a small rural hospital in his home town, Томтор. Kirk was born and raised in the cold nuclear winters in the depths of Оймякон where his British foster parents took him in after his parents were brutally tortured in-front of him after being kidnapped from his home back in Томтор by an infamous mob boss by the name of Sergei Mikhailov. The mercy of the mobsters bring him to where he is today. His corruption began not far into his teenage years even though he knew right from wrong, his foster parents always raised him to be honest and respectful to everyone he met but the loss of his biological parents got to him and wanted to slowly get back at the damned world in his own way. Crime after crime, he worked his way up towards more punishment-heavy crimes such as arson and helping people escape from custody. Kirk was an anonymous hero, he was never caught. His crimes died down to little petty crimes such as shoplifting and began to work for the people after he moved to America and decided he wanted to change his ways and begin working for the government but his corruption is slowly creeping back to him.
Career Story:
Kirk has been in every LEO org to exist to date. His career dates way back into the early 2010s, He had seen enough crime which had made him slowly convince himself that everything that the stuff they were doing was right and he was in the wrong. His connections lead him to some of the highest drug cartels in the entire of Los Santos, this could prove beneficial to him and his fellow colleagues. His past experience working as an LEO has made him lose faith in humanity which resulted in him being ignorant to the public, there's no turning back from this.
OUTCOMES:
1. Kirk can take bribes to pass on information to families or gangs. (No metagaming)
2. Kirk can sell weapons on the black market he took from people during 10-10s and other related activities. (Not items from the armoury)
3. Kirk can use his power to help his family and friends avoid prison terms and other legal issues.
4. Kirk can attempt to break bodycam footage with /try command (2 attempts per situation)
5. Kirk can take his anger out on any 10-15s who annoy him through any means necessary. (excluding RDM)
6. Kirk can take bribes up to 100k
7. Kirk can use his family's drug lab to make and sell drugs to people in the black market.
8. Kirk can take the "Bad cop" task to break people out of jail
9. Kirk carries truth serums and can use it to obtain information (2 attempts per situation using /try)
