I completely messed up. I should of read the rules and understood them completely. I thought I could give 5 mil per PERSON per day but clearly I was mistaken. I am so sorry for my mistake and I completely accept the consequences. I will take a complete money wipe obviously. I made a huge mistake and I don't know what else to say other than I am sorry and I will learn from my mistakes. I have been in this city plenty long enough to know better. I am so sorry for my mess up and I will never misunderstand this rule again. I will accept my punishment no matter what because I should know better at this point, I am sorry for wasting the time of the higher ups, but I promise this was a complete misunderstanding, and I disrespected GrandRP by not understanding this in the first place. I in no way want my misunderstanding to effect anyone else, anyone involved in this did not have any idea that this was against server rules. They thought that I was only giving money to them, and they had no idea that I had broken this rule. I take full responsibility for every wrongdoing and I hope that you will see that they were not in any way responsible for this complete misunderstanding of the server rules. I will take extra punishment on their behalf, they had no understanding of the situation. I severely apologize.
