Sorry for my first post not obeying the complaint template.

When I was trying to complete my office task in Sawmill, I had an Anticheat#818 problem and my IP got banned from the server. I see so many people having this issue. I have never used cheats, external programs, scripts, etc.

I want support to resolve this inconvenience.
