Life Story: Oliver Luxury was born into a family that cannot afford to buy a property. His father passed away a long time ago. His mother and he lived in poverty in the slums of the sandy coast, and he worked hard to raise A, even to the verge of death by disease. Oliver was unhappy and in mourning when his mother died. Before she died, she had Oliver vow that he would never exhibit weakness and that he would die wealthy. He became a psycho after being an orphan and spending his youth in an orphanage where no one adequately cared for him.
Career Story: Despite the fact that he continues to live in poverty, Oliver's life improves when he discovers work with a gang named Vagos, which is commanded by Richard Gravitas. He assaults an LSPD officer in order to demonstrate his might to Vagos and establish his worth to Toqueer, and he has since self-taught himself in hand-to-hand fighting and weapon handling. He also has no fear of anybody and is well-known among residents of the city dominion for assassinating rival criminals from other gangs such as BLOODS and Families. He works with most gangs and becomes eager for money when robbing. This is when Oliver gets more determined to murdering others and seeks to sneak himself into this profession, but one day he is captured by FIB detectives and sentenced to a fee he did not even receive over the course of the investigation.
