So my friend was killed in the city after very casual conversation. He was unarmed nor did he provoke them IC. ID 2787 is the one who gunned me down but 8296 was the one who gave the call to blast me. I would like to add that my family was raiding their house and my friends head popped so I ended up outside the raid instance.
