Hello, dear Mazhor,
I got banned due to general rule 1.1.
Since my account was hacked because I didn't give anyone my password or Gmail, I don't know how they found out.
I'll tell you my side of the story. I was too tired to play in February when the grand made me tired since then I haven't played for 4 months and I came back after 4 months in June. That day when I came back to play, I went to the Grand and saw that my things were missing, I asked all the people what to do, and they all told me to write to tech support to find out why they were missing.
They told me things were transferred and I had no idea how it happened and who accessed my account 2022-02-06 23:45:06.
They replied that on that day these things were transferred to ID 237, whom I do not know nor have I heard his voice.
Then I realized that my account was hacked and someone accessed my account and transferred all my stuff to id 237.
Then I immediately went to write to tech support to see how my account was hacked because I didn't log in for 4 months, as I wrote above.
The admin to whom I reported that my account was hacked told me that it was a long time ago and is no longer relevant.
And the person who accessed my account. The registration was on February 6, but nothing arrived on my Gmail or mobile phone that day. I
was contacted by Gmail because I had access to that Gmail and did not give it to anyone.
Items sent in-game to id 237 were Snowboarders mask (1862), Yeezy boost (1702), and Pink Louis Vuitton jeans (1578).
When I saw that there was nothing for me and that admins and technical support couldn't do anything, I stopped playing, I haven't played for 5 months.
When I joined the server, Ivkezz Obama banned me because of general rule 1.1 and I don't know what's going on.
I have all the evidence that I have these things and that someone accessed my account. If it's not a problem, check what happened then and in any case, if possible, return the things I had.
I would appreciate it if the items were returned to me because I wasted my time earning them and got an unban that was not my fault.
