Life story:
Jerri is born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he was a foster child, jerri doesn't know his parents all he knows from what the foster home staff have said is that he showed up at the the front door of the home and doesn't know who his parents are, during this time in his foster life the staff all treated jerri as one of their own, they taught him academic things at the age of 6-7 where he was able to be extremely adept into Mathematics, Physical education, English, Science and technology. At the age of 9 since the foster home was located somewhere in the rural area of canada, the foster home staff taught jerry how to hunt since out in the rural regions there wasnt much super markets so they would have to rely on hunting for their food, this new experience intrigued jerri to where he wanted to learn more about firearms and after learning that there is roles out there that involve firearms such as The Army, Police force, ETC he decided to learn more on these subjects. Jerri at the age of 16 was already a straight A student, he was an outstanding academic student which surpassed all of his classmates, during this time since jerri was very adept into learning about police things he took Police Foundations 101 which taught him the basics of how to be a cop. During this time Jerri was also able to figure out who some of his true family is, he was than able to discover 2 individuals that were his Blood cousins, itachi Kirigaya and Tobi Kirigaya which he was than able to reconnect with into his life to further his social and friend life with them. During the time of his schooling jerri was also intrigued with the gang life and sought out to find out the deep and inner things of it which allowed him to learn more about the darker areas of the internet such as the Deep Web, the Dark net, and criminal aspects in gang life.
Career Story:
When Jerri turned 18 he decided to take part in the gang life where he learned to kill, Rob, Steal, always kept a low profile though. After experiencing a majority of things such as Coke deals, weapons smuggling and more jerri decided to leave the gang life (Although you can never really truly leave) he decided to become a toronto cop, he joined the 12th division in toronto where he made a huge living he busted crime in ghettos around the city (or his assigned areas) he earned multiple promotions and climbed his way from Rookie to Deputy chief. Due to his leadership skills in the front lines as one a on duty cop but 2 a undercover cop during sting operations, he has been set forth and trusted to carry his radio off duty in-case he is needed back at his department. While on the line of undercover work jerri was able to learn certain things as he had to do Deep undercover work in gangs as a gang unit member, this allowed jerri to learn how to get himself out of hostage situations, car chases which he is skillfully able to drive and high speeds and also off road depending on his VIC choice since not all VICs are made for off road, and more. After a couple years of doing this he decided to move to Los Santos, USA. After Jerri moved to Los Santos, he decided to join LSPD as his first major organization, he learned multiple things during his time in LSPD on how to escape, shoot, drive, and more, once jerri left LSPD he decided to join SAHP which he than got into corruption partially and learned that EMS actually makes truth serum and the recipe for these serums. Jerri also has alot of connections while he was in gangs and stuff which allows him to keep informants in mind for any information that he needs on things. Also he has alot of FIB connections as well, they have taught him some technological things such as how to make a glasses bodycam. Jerri has than made it so when he wants to turn on his camera in his glasses he must tap it twice for them to turn on.
Outcomes
1.
Jerri Wil be able to use truth serum because of the information he acquired time ago of the recipe for truth serum from a corrupt
EMS employee. (/try max twice a situation according to the rules.)
2. jerri can take bribes up to $100k this includes bribes for being taken hostage (must be up to 100k)
3. jerri is biased towards Some friends and family members so can release them or reduce their sentences.
4. jerri can kill others on/and off duty in and out of ghetto and also hang out with his criminal friends in illegal activities. (outside of ghetto if they don't follow demands only) (no RDM as per GR 6.15)
5. jerri Can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying myself and without a lawyer.
6. jerri can confiscate/Take weapons from people/Criminals for personal benefit and sell Them. (with proper IC reason)
7. Jerri can plant coke or Illegal guns on suspects to arrest them.
8. jerri Can destroy anyone's bodycam by breaking it. (only if he /try max 2 times)
9. Due to Jerris time in gangs he is able to buy and sell things on the black market (Cannot sell org items)
10. Due to Jerri's Experience in gang, he has learned of multiple ways to escape being taken hostage which includes lockpicking, window breaking, and jamming the door when it shuts so it doesn't lock
