Dean Winchester is the descendant of an intelligent, ruthless Murder who ran the streets and the ghetto Dean had wishes to leave the criminal world to pursue legitimate business interests. He has seen what the criminal world has done to his parents and how it had affected his life and he didn't want the same for his family.
He had bought a 24/7 and tried his best to balance the drug running side of his operation alongside his 24/7. He wanted to eventually bring the 24/7 to a point where he didn't need to do the drug running on the side anymore and still earn a decent income but it was becoming to much for him so he left and grabbed some cars, weapons, money and his family and went straight into San Andreas looking for a fresh start.
Even though he was renowned here as well due to his influence from his hometown, he managed to get a job within the lspd and took it and is looking forward to a bright future here in San Andreas.
