I was blocked violation of general rule 1.9. To be perfectly honest i did it but i am a new resident of the city and i dont know the rules very well. If i was know that rule i wouldn't do this. Im willing to accept my punishment but if there is any other form of punishment such as removing all my money i would appreciate it if my sentence could be changed. My first mission is going to be learn the all rules very well.
