1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to lead Marabuntas because I have not seen Marabuntas very active after last owner got kicked and I will try my best to get active members and make marabuntas the best gang they could possibly become. You may be asking how I am going to do that, I will achieve this by recruiting some of the best shooters and gang members out there we will have a fierce turf team and a great spray team. Our gang will also be active at all times and rules will be made sure to be enforced and revised and ran over to ensure that gang members not what and what not to do.
1.2) My leadership skills are on point, When people are being recruited basic rules will not be asked. The hardest rules will be asked as many people tend to look at the discord server when being recruited. Members will need to have a certain amount of time in the city but it could be negotiated and for low roles players can be at any skill level giving them a chance to embrace themselves around top shooters and possibly learn from them. Players will be pushed and motivated to attend gang events to train and to bring the win home for the gang.
1.3) I have a lot of experience in the city, and I have the skills to lead an organization and I would be successful. Friends will not be seen as let offs to become hc's. Same rules go for everyone. As a leader I am, Approachable, Friendly, Motivating and I like to bring the best out off people. Marabuntas will not recruit any quitters. Talented People will be the people representing my gang and trust me I know talent once I see it.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advice on improving roleplay in organization is, In my gang we will have daily meetings every 3 - 5 days with a baseline test going over the rules of the server. Players who fail the test will be demoted and have to retake the test until passed. This may sound harsh. But its for the better of the city. The aim is to gain 0 warnings and bring marabunta to fame once again. Gang Vehicle's will be used for gang use only or will not step foot out of the turf. I will not judge people by the time in city too much as I will always remember how I started and when Gangs rejected me for not having enough time in the city. I want to make Grand RP friendly as possible and allow new players to enjoy and make them feel like they never want to come off of the game.
I may be quite young, but I will tell you now that I am not to be taken for a fool, I know my stuff.
