Approved Bloods Mass Rule Break I 124476, 174767, 175711, 94438

Me and my fam are getting pretty tired of the constant rulebreak's coming from bloods so decided to just put all their rulebreak's (mind you this is all in the span of 1 hour and 30 minutes) in a report hoping punishment could result in them learning their lesson. The Mercy killing one was around 4 minutes long and I have the full POV if required, you can see right before I turn my camera the same person from the car where I originally died pulling out his gun and the 4 or so other bloods there, shooting me before EMS even had a chance to ask if I could be revived.
