We were at a checkpoint and a car came to us and we asked him to stop and we parked the car to investigate and search and he was carrying a heavy weapon and we wanted to arrest him and put him in the car but something was going wrong and we thought the issue from the car, and I went and got another car and came back to the same place and found him dead and we revived him and put him In the car but the same thing happened and he died again, but this time he revived himself and in 1:52 in the video he teleported himself to up the vehicle.
