Approved CR, FL IN GZ & PROVOKING IN GZ | ID: 83882

I was minding my own business as you can see, we were changing our cars and bikes color when this never met before, uknown player, never interacted with, ID: 83882 Ercan Can or something, comes and Car Rams my car for no reason in GZ at workshop, he keeps hitting me unprovoked, then says something in turkish which is FL in GZ, with a race car, he then says "you are blocking the way" i'm just waiting in line ON THE SIDE all the way parked to the right, not even in the middle.
He keeps provoking w/ voice for no reason after CR.

I never met this guy before.

POV:

I'm asking for a punishment for, CR + FL in GZ & Provoking in GZ.
