Life Story: In the city called Los Santos lived a man called Badmash Sam . He grew up with his dad and mom. Arno's mom was working in the San andreas Highway patrol
and was a good and well known officer and he's dad worked in the Federal Investigation Bureau . Sam grew up in a house where his parents told him that once he is old
enough he need to leave the house and he's parents didn't loved him that much. He was used to live alone because he dad only came to house every second month and hes mom
used to come in late at night. But once i saw my dad with a few a random guys and saw him gave money to the guy and got some weird stuff. So sam decided to leave the
house and start to make his own money and to join the NG
Career Story: sam Mom was apart of the NG and told him that he can start working with her at the NG. After 2 weeks of hard work, training and dedication to his
new job he started to gain trust of the people in charge and got promoted and earned more money. After a week where they watched sam doing his job, guru got
promoted to Head of QRT and now that sam has the high ranks, he wants to become corrupt just like his dad and wants to make a lot of money being corrupted.
Outcomes:
1) sam Has Special Eye Glasses Which Record Bodycam 24/7 and Is Always Active.
2) sam keeps his org radio with him while off duty so he can respond during emergency situations/ Global if needed.
3) sam brings his ID everywhere to help him in situations.
4) sam doesn't follow any law while arresting a criminal, he doesn't show his ID, read rights or provide a lawyer.
5) sam can take bribes to reduce jail time sentence or remove a person off the wanted list or even help them to escape if he feels like it. (max 100k).
6) When sam is arresting someone and they have weapons/ammo/body armor he can tell them to drop it all and take it for personal profit.
7) sam can kill any suspect that isn't following his demands whilst on duty and off duty.
8) sam can plant drugs and/or Illegal Items on suspects.

14) With His great driving experience , Guruji can confidently drive any vehicle at high speeds without the risk of injury to himself and others.
15) sam will use any weapon legal or illegal to defend himself in a shootout situation ( Note: if it's an organization weaponry using it in a personal situation is not allowed)
16) If sam is in trouble, he is able to pick up guns and ammunition while having his weapon out from his enemies and fallen targets, except when he is under heavy fire. (not during gunfight).
