He was continually trying to ram me off my bike over and over. there was little to no communication. he was relentless. I was originally in the GZ of GOV, but once it became clear he wasnt leaving me alone i left the area so i wasnt accused of staying in a GZ.

my pov isnt edited, if i posted the entire thing it would be 20mins plus or more than one report. I have before historically put two instances together and the time difference was evident in the bottom right. and its been accepted. please advise further. thanks
