Rejected Warn for RDM I Bob Bonkers

Alright so I received a warning for RDM in GZ when I was given a notification that a family vehicle was being stolen and went to the location to stop the perpetrator. As you can see in this video

I arrived at the scene to stop him from stealing the car. Then 5 minutes later I was given a warning for RDM in GZ and as you can see the messages from the chat in this video

The admin states that I'm supposed to just make a report and let them steal the car and pay the price for it being stolen instead of stopping him because he decided to break the rule himself. Then Bob proceeds to say that he was "dealing with it" whilst stating that he was INVISIBLE. It makes no sense why an Administrator that is dealing with a situation would stay invisible instead of going into admin mode to make it very clear that he is dealing with it. Not to mention, the person stealing the car was punished, I was punished, yet the guy who was helping the other guy steal the car that shot me wasn't. Seems like a whole situation that could've been avoided had an admin done his job properly and de-escalated the situation correctly.

situation could be handled better like I said I can't stop robbing the car idk why admin is telling me to stop when its scripted i cant even animation is bugged on my screen. I accept the punishment but wtf does deakin do here? he didnt know that admin was watching. also why did bob showed up without admin tag I was confused on who he was. Also it was a family car in a parking which is gz not spawned there. I understand my punishment I just think there could've been a better solution. Thanks
