Rejected my level 3 pickaxe dissapeared

my lvl 3 pickaxe dissapeared from my inventory when my friend dropped me it after half an hour i checked my inventory and it was not there
please help ireally worked hard to get that lvl 3 pickaxe

when i took it from him i checked that ihave it in my inventory and it was in my inventory but after like 17 mins i looked up my inventory again it just dissapeared from there ireally need help from a admin
