1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I've always been a firm believer in equality, fairness and justice, the chance to become an admin would assist me in producing all of the aforementioned qualities as a result. I've been in numerous Roleplay servers over the past 13 years so I have a deep set history with RP Specifically and the chance to help create a balanced, enjoyable and fun environment for everyone involved is a great opportunity, even if it's just to assist the administrative team. I want to become an Admin as well to assist the team in the clearly abundant amount of reports, questions and concerns that the players have. I've always enjoyed playing in a fair environment, and the chance to help create that and keep it running smoothly is a great one, and I for one would like that possibility!
2. What are your strengths?
I'm a very confident, and clear communicator. I have excellent English skills, both written and spoken which will no doubt help me in my role. I have lots of experience settling disputes between potentially volatile and abusive people as I've spent 4 years working as a security guard in real life. Due to my work life, I've got lots of experience in settling arguments and disputes calmly, quickly and effectively usually just using words alone. Due to my slightly older age, work like and having a family I have a good, mature mindset when it comes to approaching situations without having a Bias, which I believe will be of great benefit. I'm incredibly adaptable and able to change my mindset dependant on what task I have been assigned. I'm not if it's a strength but possibly a bonus that at this current time I only wish to apply for Admin Assistant at first so I can build my repertoire of knowledge before expanding duties possibly in the future. I also have an excellent time-keeping ability to ensure I'm always where I'm needed to be. As mentioned above, I have a lot of history with Roleplay, and have even Administrated on some of them so I already possess the ability to approach situations fairly, and without Bias. I'm also incredibly loyal, and trustworthy as I have to be in my real life work, but again will no doubt help no end if I get selected. So to summarize; I'm hardworking, Loyal, Trustworthy, have excellent English Skills, a great history with Roleplay and in some cases administration, a strong ability to settle disputes, un-biased opinion and excellent time-keeping skills!
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
I wouldn't class it as a weakness, but I do have a family, and 2 of my step-children have special needs, so sometimes I would need to hop out for a minute or two to deal with them (Obviously not during a situation). I'm not great at giving Feedback, so should anyone ask I might be a bit basic on responses in regards to that. I'm not bi-lingual so therefore can't speak foreign languages, which could be a barrier with some newer players.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
Absolutely. I've played RP For a lot of years and it always bring me great joy and satisfaction, but not as much as helping a new ( or older ) player achieve the same level of satisfaction I've felt over the years.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I don't own any business(es) so Yes, absolutely.
