Life Story:
Roy was born in the American city of Liberty City in a refugee family. His family did not stay long in Liberty and they moved to Los Santos
when he was 5 years old. In Los Santos, his parents moved to a slightly more criminal part of town called Ghetto. He went to school there and was exposed a lot
bad society where he tried weed and cocaine for the first time. After finishing school, Father Alex Ceee enrolls him in the RAW academy to, as he would say, "make a Muskar out of him".
He learned a lot at the RAW academy, and after finishing it, he was called as a reserve officer to go to Afghanistan for two seasons to fight with the fighters. There he learned to drive offroad well
and to shoot from high-caliber weapons. After returning from Afghanistan, he encountered problems when he heard that his parents were killed in store robbery by the most wanted gangs . After that knowledge, not knowing who to live with
and due to the lack of finances he decides to leave the city and go to live in Paleto Bay. There, due to his RAW experience, he joins the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) units.
and because of the long training, he quickly becomes a high rank and receives great responsibility.
Career Story:
Roy Ceee originally joined SAHP under Lieutenant Rohit Patel as a Rookie , Due his experience in RAW . He gained Rohit trust and become a senior trooper and wanting to help others become a part of the force to fight crime and corruption .
Due to Roy opinion of being underpaid as an LEO officer, he struggles of being poor and the continuous failure of the government's social safety
One day, Roy meets an gang leader when Roy and his partner Lieutenant Rohit Patel goes for patrolling and arrets the gang leader. The gang leader offers him 120k for his help to kill Lieutenant Rohit Patel he kills Lieutenant and buries his body in the Rockford Hills . From that day onwards Roy has chosen a path of corruption.
A path that isn't going to only benefit himself, but a path that will help others like him.
Outcomes:
- Now he can sell all the illegal weapons he has on the black market (not from the organization).
- Roy is able to torture people and kill them if they don't cooperate.
- Roy he can release the suspects..
- Roy can take bribes up to $100,000
- Roy can clear anyone's file.
