The person selling the car is my friend and I didn't know how to buy the car. I gave him his money and he sent me an offer to buy. I accepted without looking at the price. It was not our intention to break the rules or evade taxes.

I agree with what my friend said. We had no intention of evading tax. He gave me the money directly because he was a close friend of mine. So I gave the car cheap so as not to give the money back. Please remove the ban. When the ban is lifted, I will buy the vehicle back and sell it with tax. We didn't have any bad intentions. I have 0 warnings in the game. I always follow the rules.
