I think i Am Fit for this as i have quite good experience in it and I want to make the sahp the best and i want to Help the new players to come into the The org and help to know them about Leos
Secondly, I have Good Leader ship quality the main one is the Partiality Favourism I will not let them happen in my term
Lastly, SAHP agent has to make criminals bust who are selling lots of ammo and guns in bulk and Leo armors and stuff
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
First advice is to Make the HR to HRT and I want to make the department stable enough to to hire and train someone
Second advice is like i saw many terms but they don't have a good Detectives Cheif because Detectivesis the toughest one i want to improve it by making a some new rules and regulations in that and stuff
Last thing is to Make to department to Feel that enough to Join SAHP by attracting them with good dress codes and etc
