I have been banned for-
Illegal Redux (GR 4.1)
The Redux contains clearer water giving you an advantage to see through it in battleship!!
I have never used redux before and didn't even know what they do, yesterday a few people who have been playing on the server for a way longer time than me introduced me to them and I thought why not give it a try. This my download history, and you can clearly see i have had the reduxes for a single day. I didn't even know they were illegal so i asked a couple of friends who know better about them, and they advised me that according to the rules it shouldn't have bullet tracers, should show drug effects, and shouldn't give me unfair advantage over other players, so this redux should be fine. The reason given for the illegality of it was clearer water, which also not true. If you look at the POV I posted in my forum post, the water just reflects the sky to the point where it is impossible for me to see anything, let alone through the water. If my previous forum posts are reviewed, I have never used them as I wasn't even aware of them and have never been interested in them.
Secondly, the person I reported never received any kind of PC checks as I was clearly shot through the mountain, and I end up getting a more severe punishment than that doesn't seem fair at all. The people who are actually cheating and shooting through the mountains are being punished less severely and not even being subjected to proper scrutiny.
I have been spending a lot of time playing in the city understanding the rules every day and abiding by them with the best of intentions. I have also invested a lot of my IRL money in the game and not being able to play it anymore would be very hurtful, not just emotionally but financially as well.
I request you to consider my appeal and do a PC check if necessary to verify the claims that I make. I also agree to uninstall the redux immediately and not use it again as my intentions were never to have any advantage over others, but to boost FPS so I have a better gaming experience and that's why I chose the one's that kept the graphics as close to the actual graphics as possible including the map, which in this case stays the same greyish color as original, rather than the colored markings which are available on other options available.
