Dear Mazhor
I've been playing on the German Grand Servers for a long time and was shocked that I've now been banned from the community. I am aware of the complete guilt and regret this mistake very much. Recently I bought a house for a lot of money which I didn't want to miss out on. Unfortunately, since I was staying with a friend at the time, I couldn't pay for this for another few days, so I thought to myself, well, I'll just log on to my colleague's computer. Of course, I don't expect any understanding for this, because this is still a breach of the rules, but I am now aware of this rule and make sure that a mistake like this never happens to me again.
I hope that I can get a second chance and would be very happy if the ban was reduced by 10 days.
