Ans) SAHP
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans) I am sam Escobar i want to become a leader of SAHP because i like this org very much personally because when i have come to the city i have joined this org. Going with the reason why i want to become the leader for this org.
1) As i said i want to become leader of this org because in pervious term there are lot of things not going on the correct way some of the time leader doesn't know the radio codes.
Sometimes they doesn't get there training properly and so on. I have been High command in LSPD and FIB.
I Know all the rules and regulations.
2) I have mentioned training thing so basically about training the SAHP guys those not trained there guys in proper way i have seen so much about this in pervious term. There officer coming in city while on duty and going beach market etc. So in LSPD i was commander of FTD. Coming on this i giving personal time to this department because i want all the guys know the rule they get proper training for that. As there are be 3 phase. One is for FTP test.
3) There will be 4 types of department in SAHP ( SWAT,INTERNAL AFFAIRS, HUMAN RESOURCE AND TRAINING AND DETECTIVE)
(SWAT): Special Weapons And Tactics
In this department there giving access for high weapon where they can carry sniper lmg weapon.
We are having 4-5 Ghetto patrol in a week..
(HRT): Human recourse and training
In this department we will be taking care of those who are on first rank so they can get trained by HRT members where they will get to know how to create a ticket, how sell insurance, how to conduct 10-51 as well as 10-15 and there are getting tour of HQ.
At that time they will fully know where to go and take break where is inventory and etc.
(IA): Internal affairs
In this department we will be checking there logs asking for the body cam. There will be 2 license check where they are checking license. They can give strike also those doesn't have licence or heath insurance.
(Detective) : So basically there work is to collect the evidence from the store and for subs ng raid and etc.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans) For improving roleplay we are having promotion ceremony on Friday were we are giving promotion to that person who is doing great work in SAHP. We will make sure that our guys didn't violate any rules we didn't get strike for our department.
