The clip had no context and all and he didn't show anything that happened before that.
He shot at my position multiple times without a reason even after asking him why he does it he still shot at me when i was driving away so when he did it again i went to him and killed him. If you see his full POV you can see that he shot me a few times. He ran away all the time but came back to trigger me by shooting single shots and he cut it all out. He even cut off the end wow.
He is also obviously Metagaming... as you can hear in the clip in the report thread
