Honestly, I rarely am out of SH so I have no idea who this guy is, but he knew my name. I was on duty at SH when it happened, as you see in clip he just came out of nowhere and said my name then hurt me. I don't go out of EMS SH much so why would he hurt me? I don't understand why he would do such a thing, then think because I got it recorded that apologizing is going to make the abuse be forgotten. So, I am reporting for no other EMS employee has to go through this.
