He was given demands to leave by the Ballas Gang he drove away but stayed in the area. I was chasing him but gave up chasing him running down the hill and he got out of his vehicle and start shooting at us. I have POV of the whole situation.

You were given demands to leave the area, they even posted a pov of you being there prior to the crash so was not an accident, you were also punished on the scene so clearly were in the wrong.​
