2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 - Being leader, I can help other people in the state and develop their skills. Through teamwork, you can achieve way more than if you don't and people will be able to practice that all the time in my org. National guard is there to protect people in the state and I want to achieve that as much as I can with the org. I also want to help my other fellow legal orgs by doing for example ammo runs for them if they need it.
2 - I have started grandrp on en1 and I play it for a little more than 1 and a half year. I am a 13k id on en1.
3- My solutions are bringing people together who like roleplaying and working together.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
Good communication and non toxic towards each other and others that are not in the org.

I will have high commands and make a special section for them and us and if something happens we discuss it.

Making people want to work at NG.
Giving good salaries and bonuses a lot.
- Importance of rules in NG. Staying coordinated and organized with better trainings.
I will make sure that all the high commands deserve their position and they are not the wrong people for it.
Being aware of the chain of command
Being good organized and following the rules
*Giving very good trainings to new agents sothey know what they are doing
Not being toxic to anyone and being friendly and helping each other
Being clear and understandable on the info given out
